This service begins with conducting a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) test to analyze and isolate strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances in the body. From there, exclusive instructional videos of key gym exercises are chosen to meet your personal needs which are then built into a 6-8 week strength training program delivered via Training Peaks.

MSN Pro Coaching handles all the logistics, giving you the tools to view workouts, record resistance training workouts (load, sets, and reps) and use video to analyze your biomechanical efficiency to ensure the best results.
